I am from Virginia, and the reason why there is a huge representation of republicans is because they don't have people who run against them in the areas which is so sad. so they are the only people on the ballot so that is the only person people would vote for. also they took aff what the people stand for, whether they are republican or if they are democratic. its very sad and really does scare me of how my state is changing and manipulating the people

We have seen what the Republicans are all about. The last election was supposedly all about "jobs, jobs, jobs". And what have the new Republican law-makers done? We see what South Carolina and Virginia have done. Nothing. Are we going to fall for the same when 2012 comes around? I say NO!

The behavior of Republican officials, from Congress all the way down to local mayors, is turning the country against the GOP. The backlash in 2012 is going to be a bitch.

My one concern is, surely they know this, but they are forging ahead with their unpopular agenda as if they had something up their sleeves that will guarantee their results in the 2012 election.
