@TheHappymunda it hits all ennemies at once,that's why.simple as that.300 on say,3 ennemies,equals 900 which is more than what any single target spell can inflict.

@Wario30 I agree. Normally its around 75-85% and you need it to get to a few places in order to progress. This one just lets you get to the last place to complete the game, and there's only a few things that require flight to get to, none of which are necessary or known.

Not counting the I-claw garbage... its completely just a filler quest that could go without)
