  • My partner and I have to build one of these for an acc. physics project and I was curious as to how you got the mouse trap to release so slowly rather than just snap and the car take off. Reduce tension in spring?

  • did you use eye screws for your axles because im just beginning and it occured to me that there would be a little wobbling, what ways have you decided for combating that. also, keeping in mind that i havent yet started, what is the reason for the trap not going insane. like, why does it not behave the way it normally does when being used for its usual purposed. is it the weight of the lever that you attached?

  • my inside axle is 1/8 inch. i need my mousetrap car to travel and stop right at 17 feet. what kind of breaking system would you suggest? any good tips you could give on making one?

  • dude thisis awesome, could you pleeeeeeeas message instructions on how to do this. need to do it for science olympiad &what materials did u use?

  • @DaMan478 We will post good engineering techniques or demonstrations, but we aren't going to design it for you, that's your job!! Experiment!
