    most of the time this type of fish go for SMALL live bate. you may have luck with a popper. you have to being careful in handling with this type of fish. they can be very dangerous for they have very sharp teeth and many of them... most have three rows of teeth, one row leaning outward, one row leaning inward, and one row pointing straight down. while the teeth are not very large (about like baby cats teeth) they are very very sharp. used to slice with one pass-by.
