  • Secondo me una Ferrari FXX EVO batte il record della Pagani Zonda R.

  • Actually, the track is Nordschleife...

  • @danbiazoto Ahh... okay. Nurburgring Nordschleife Nurburgring Nordschleife Nordschleife.

  • the pagani has a mercedes V12 biturbo engine..no waay!

  • @Andrea1491to Which Pagani? Yes it has a Mercedes AMG V12 but the Pagani Zonda R is naturally aspirated. It has the same 6.0 liter as seen in the Mercedes CLK GTR. The only Pagani with a biturbo Mercedes V12 motor is the new Huayra.

  • It would be better to do again the test, but with the two drivers swapping cars

  • questi secondo me lasciano il fegato a casa per riuscire a guidare certe belve con estrema tranquillità!!

  • All that time a chick was driving that zonda

  • @5ipetiena982 you do know that 599xx and GTO is two completely different cars and that the zonda R still holds the lap record for fastest production based car..599 did hold the record...for a few days..

  • the fxx would probaly have a closer time than the 599xx to the zonda because its a mid engine also, hase 100hp more but weights 100 more (i think) so..

  • LOOOOL!!!! at 6:14 he tightens his belt as he gets on the flat out!! HAHAHA!

  • I have to say mad respect for the 599. It's amazing it only falls behind 10 seconds. A daily driver for the street, on street tires. The Zonda is a prototype class race car on slicks that does not fall into any race category. It's specs break the rules in any race class and would not qualify. It is an unrestricted ball of fury.

  • @Drednots: Actually, the 599XX is not street legal, was running on slick tyres, and does not fall into any race category either :)

  • @zedextreme8177 i think the zonda R also got slick tyres lol

  • @YouAreRightBicth: I'm not comparing the two of them, just stating that the 599XX isn't street legal :)

  • @zedextreme8177 same as the zonda r

  • @Drednots what are you talking about the zonda R AND the 599XX are the same, bothare not made for racing nor are they for road use, the zonda R has a completely striped out interior and so does the 599XX, zonda R has no signals so does the 599XX, both has slick tires,

the only difference is that ferrari made it lighter and give it minor suspension changes, while pagani went through the trouble of building a car that is 90% different...

  • i like that these cars are automatic. You can focus on your driving more instead of which gear youre in

  • @DontBroadcstYourself

the zonda is not automatic. it can either have paddle shifters, or a stick shift.

  • @1Badfour42 the zonda r is only paddle nothing more nothing less

  • i wonder if it was an FXX Evo instead of that 599 xx .....

  • @MrDeersify if it was an fxx evo it wouldn't be 10 seconds behind i can tell you that much.

  • pagani is fucking awesome but ferrari is awesome to but lets not forget that pagani zonda was made all carbon fibre while the 599xx is not all carbon fibre.

  • Here's something -- Horacio Pagani, the company's founder by the same last name used to work as Lamborghini's Composites Department (i.e. department responsible for the use of composite materials, commonly know to you and me as Carbon Fiber). Now there's something about this guy, his new car brand, his experience with Lambo and all that puts a significant competition to Ferrari. Hmmm...

  • PAGANI F1 IT's a car for race, the ferrari 599xx it's model production ....( look pagani f1 vs ferrari fxx evouluzione the pagani it's ridicule ...

  • PAGANI F1 IT's a car for race, the ferrari it's model production

  • Props to both cars wow, neck in neck no matter that 10 seconds!

The Zonda is born racecar engineering wise, Ferrari took a daily driver and made a race-car.

    FERRARI!

  • @derek1s are you MAD...which one of these companys are in F1? BOTH these cars were mad from production models (road legal)...Ferrari has YEARS of F1 experience over the Zonda, so dont come with your STUPID excuses

  • @derek1s hard to believe that 599 is a daily driver lol

  • Thanks for this. I was hoping someone would transpose the two laps. It's incredible that the Zonda within the first minute already builds up a good lead. The German driver in the Zonda has got to be a superior driver than the Italian in the 599xx. There's no way the Zonda should already be ahead within 60 seconds unless there's a gap in driver skill...

  • @chattigre He's not, the Zonda is the superior one, clearly. Furthermore, I rather like more how the ferrari driver did it. Take a close look at both laps separately and you can see that the Zonda has much more room than the Ferrari for improvement.

  • @chattigre Zonda driver isnt even pushing it to its limit

  • @nawzy202 Definately true

  • @nawzy202 he is like 98% pushing the car, trust me, it looks that way on the video but if you were in that car when he was driving it, you would not think he could go any faster, i mean look at 3:48, he's pushing it so hard he's barely making corners out straight

  • @playman9111 there ware articles of a drive saying that he wasn't pushing the car and it was easy to drive it. Even top gear said something about taking it to easy

  • @nawzy202 the Nordschleife is one of the hardest tracks to drive in the world. It's extremely long, has a lot of height differences and a lot of difficult corner combinations.. For this track, this is the best a driver could do, or at least close to the best. Dealing with these amounts of G-force and the extreme speed for almost 7 minutes is not easy. You can't get a 100% out of that car on a lap Nordschleife

  • holy shit. the Zonda is over 10 seconds faster.. got to get myself one of those ;-)

  • every idiot can drive like this

  • I love this nicely done
