I saw this concert in Sydney when I was 13. Michael was still at the height of his fame and the buzz around my school was all about who was going to the concert and who wasn't. Just about everybody wanted to go! The Victory tour didn't come to Australia so I was determined to see MJ this time around and I did .. thank God! It's a memory I will treasure FOREVER, the atmos was electric .. it was hysteria, pandemonium! RIP MJ, the greatest entertainer the world ever knew!

Love his energy during the bad tour and dangerous tour, love the songs that are not that complicated and not lip sync'd, no one can touch him doing everything dancing and singing and leading, amazing! Wish some of these as mentioned everywhere released on dvd or blu ray someday, there has to be good video masters in standard def somewhere, I guess touring all over the world probably almost impossible, have seen some dvd collections but don't know what the quality is like.

That's not true, this song is an original composition written by Mike. It originally appeared on the Jacksons 'Triumph' album. The song title was intentionally changed to 'This Place Hotel' from the original title 'Heartbreak Hotel' so that people would not confuse it with Elvis' song. 1987 - He had this costume with the one strap going across and his hair was shorter. Off The Wall songs performed he wore the black glittery costume.

1988 - He wore the zip-up spandex costume with mulitple leather straps on his arms with military badges on each arm.

Later he started using the "heavy-weight wrestling" style belt.

Although throughout the Japan tour he wore a red spandex long sleeve shirt as well as black throughout other concerts.

The 1:30 lyric is in a few of his songs during this era for example Just Good Friends but I think you can hear it in The Girl Is Mine.

Heartbreak Hotel is off the Triumph album by the Jacksons. Its my favourite MJ track and is better performed.
