The NCAA could say Nike is using this event (and tape) to profit off an amateur. Don't be surprised at all if this is a legal matter that Nike cares (and rightfully so) not to get involved with.

Well what you're saying might be true, that there shouldn't have been any cameras there. But, everything was alright, the cameras were rolling, UNTIL this guy dunked on LeBron. That's when LeBron called over a Nike executive and started talking to him, then the cameras were confiscated. All of this happened right after the dunk, not before when the cameras started recording. It seems like everything was okay BEFORE the dunk. AFTER that's when they said, hand over the tapes.
