The impact is seen in the inevitable trend of dehumanization as a consequence of chasing profits and maximizing short-term & quarterly bottom-line at the expense of collective bargaining, unionization, middle class expectations. The result of outsourcing, offshoring jobs & monopolism is parasitism.
