I don't know whether this is "cheating" but I have been using "Grippy" chalk to help with my grip when trying the shoulder mount (I bought it on EBay)! Have you any tips to help me with the caterpillar?! :-0

Thanks. I usually have 4 poles up in the studio for class. My other half uses the room as the cinema and we watch alot of sport.
