Los Arabes fueron Los primeros en crear Los alfajores,luego lo llevan a la peninsula iberica,Los españoles ( andaluces ) emigraron hacia america y cada pais Los elabora con sus propias recetas y es por eso que los encontramos en muchos paises de Sur America y cada pais con diferente estilo de preparacion !!!! Que bueno seria que la gente se eduque un poco mejor antes de comentar !!!!

Yeah...Im Uruguayan, those are Traditional from Uruguay/Argentine, Argentine/Uruguay, you shoulded put Tango, not a Peruvian Music!!!...you are insulting our culture, South America is a continent with diferent tradition and those alfajores and the "Dulce de Leche!!!!!" are definitly not Peruvian!
