Some rules when filling a lawsuit:

Not many people know this, but Universal Interactive Studios later became known as Vivendi games (holdings company for Blizzard and Sierra), a company responsible for some of the best videogame franchises of all time. Those franchises being; Warcraft, Starcraft, Diablo, World of Warcraft, Empire Earth, Crash Bandicoot, Spyro the Dragon, etc. The company has since merged with Activision and is now known as Activision Blizzard.

Naughty Dog was resbonsible for Crash Bandicoot and Insomniac was resbonsible for Spyro the Dragon, not Sierra, before Naughty Dog sold copyrights. This was disaster and Crash Bandicoot's popularity died horrible Thanks to the Sierra for making crappy Crash games!!!!!!!!!
