  • thank you SO much!

  • @mollyisagooddog Do these effects also apply in the Windows 7 movie maker. I didn't figure it out because I use and am used to using AVS Video Editor. Do you also know if you can do a green screen on this editor? Or any color screen like AVS?

  • @zmgalen2000 I'm sorry I'm not familiar with the AVS Video Editor. I understand you can do almost everything with the Windows 7 Movie Maker. For anything specific to your requirements look up 'Green Screen effect Windows 7 Movie Maker. on youtube.

  • can the video be widen or like can it be stretched after rotating?

i badly needed your reply right away...

  • @zuper505karian2296 Don't think so ....... certainly not without distorting the normal viewing perspective.

  • mine dont come up with video effects :(

  • This worked great for me - I have so many I've taken this way and now I can save them - thank goodness. Thank you.

  • The best "how to rotate a video" video on youtube!

  • thanks for helping me :)

  • OMG, I took a video almost 5 years ago at a wedding and was gutted that I could not figure out how to rotate it. I made the same mistake recently taking a video with my camera, did a search and found your video..........it worked.........sooooooo happy!!! THANK YOU :-)

  • my shit wont save :*(

  • @DEATH2REALITY Can't think what the problem would be. Maybe the version of Movie Maker you have is a version older than 2.6. Download the up to date version free at the Windows site.

  • thanks so much!!! You saved me so much time!

  • thx.. it really helps me alot

  • This worked great but seems to always cut the last 5 seconds off of my video. Any idea how to keep that from happening?

  • @Xtina31677 I had a similar problem with one of my videos. If you 'convert' a video from flv or mpeg to wmv, or the reverse its known as 'rendering'. Sometimes during the rendering process the program can stall and create an unintentional break in the video. When this happens the moviemaker ignores everything after the break and you end up with a shortened version of the video. Try to convert the video again to wmv, mpeg, mpg etc. and see if that works.

  • @mollyisagooddog im trying to drag a movie into window movie maker but its talking about not having a codec do you happen to know what that is? and how i should fix that problem thank you

  • @thebros617 All videos(wmv, flv, mpg, real player etc) have a specific codec in order to run on your PC. What you have to do is download the specific codec that applies to the media you are trying to work with. You could also purchase Prism Video File Converter (there may be a free version of this) and drag the video into the converter and convert to wmv. Then you will be able to drag and drop the file with windows movie maker. Anyone got other solutions?

  • OMG thank you so much your a life saver!!!!

  • thnnnxxxxxx
