I remember who the owner of Fuel records is, but I can only remember him by the name he called himself on Jackasses gumball 3000: Richie Rich. He's on the audio commentary on the initial d dvd with dan joyce aint he? That was a laugh!

Im looking for the track which is played a few times in the film on the UK sound track by Fuel. Notable times are when Takumi's dad takes him around mount Akina and when Takumi is choking on a bun. Anyone got it?

Exactly, Premier Asia/Contender did release the UK soundtrack to Ong Bak for a short while, but even that's hard to find now.
