  • Working out in a karate outfit is not kyokushin trianing... Idiots...

  • This is just some scam

kyokushin doesnt train so light like this

  • Thank you for uploading this

  • kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk

  • What a piece of junk training. It aint good for nothing. You can train better with your bodyweight. When you go to gym seek for power, explosiveness or endurance (running on a treadmill, heavy squats, dynamic bench press, deadlifts, push press...) not swinging with a 2 kilos bar, look at that picture, everybody is doing some piece of shit, the only good thing is that they train in kyokushin hard like (but that doesnt mean you dont have to use brain) train like fighters, boxers, mmas or lifters...

  • @Ravenstalk Agreed. If your in a gym please use the weights properly, and also the exercises should complement the fighting, this form of exercise is more likely to increase chances of injury to yourself more then your opponent. Its more important to develop coordination, and accuracy them a bunch of formless reps in the gym with light weight. written with honesty with intention to help you further your training, god bless

  • nice train but bad song

  • That's just working out in a gym with karate uniforms on. Dumb video.

  • @QUntouchable lol ain't no weight on the bars

  • Good training, would't say its new training though, this type of training has been used in Karate pretty much since the begining. The equipment used to do them is modern. Some of these methods are so old they'v been forgotten. Then when their re-introduced, their concidered new. Nice to see some alternative training being done, not many people are now, epecially in karate Dojos.

  • Great training here. Nice to see a lot of favourities (drop snatches, high pulls, Turkish get-ups), and a few exercises that I'd never seen before. I'm going to add that one legged row to my workout, as it looks like it may help with my post-surgery knee rehab. No surprise that this is being done by kyokishin practitioners: definitely not a style where the instructors' bellies obscure the black belts around their waists!!

Time to watch the rest of your videos.

  • Hi Tom, thanks for your reaction on our video!! Not many people understand the need for these kind of trainings for a traditional sport like Kyokushin-karate!

  • Hi! I don't even understand why kyokushin is considered a traditional sport. Even Mas Oyama wasn't traditional. The budo spirit is trad. but I think kyokushin must adapt to be recognize as a strong martial art. Sosai was doing weight lifting and wrestling so he was ahead of its time. I like what you do and we train the same way here! I think the most important thing in kyokushin is the ¨Osu no seishin¨. No other m.a. has that way of thinking. Osu!!!

  • Hi, thanks for your reaction. We would like to know where you do your training. Do you also have videos we can see?

  • Hi!

I don't have any video of our training, sorry. I train with 3 other fighter but we train independently. We do believe that the teachers in my country have more interest to make money so their teaching is about having big classes for entertainement but not to make strong karate fighters. So now, we train like mma fighters. I mean,we do weight lifting, plyometric exercise, sparring, cardio, and try many new things that come from muay thai and other m.a. that can make our karate more effective.

  • Hi again! Even if we train differently and apart from our dojo we still practice kyokushin under iko1. It is just that we think that there are better ways to improve kumite than doing katas and ido geiko. We don't stop doing it cause it is a part of karate but we don't emphasize on it. That's why we train like pro kickboxers. We dicided to do that way according some japanese uchi-deshi we met in japan in 99. If we want to be good at kumite, we have to do kumite with every tools we can find.

  • Hi Eva, you are wright about that. These guys are training at Adapt next to their martial art training. They workout to avoid injuries, improve work-capacity and power, improve speed, improve their core and athletic performance. You see that they are training in their karate outfit; train as you fight.

  • their working more weight training than the actual martial art and history. But you guys are quite strong.
