I've always thought it's because SW is fixed on a modified version of Professional difficulty where the delay between the Ganados getting up from being knocked down is instant. That's just my theory, though.

You don't. The costume she gets depends on the game mode.

The only exception is the Wii versions, where in Mercs you can change certain character's costumes with the + or - button or something, I don't know the details since I played the Wii version's main game for about fifteen minutes.

He will appear at a few set points in the level, and it relies on you looking in a certain direction when you pass through a certain area in Pueblo (kinda like the entire F.E.A.R. series :^P).

Apparently (I haven't tried this myself) you can kill him with a very well aimed grenade of bowgun shot, Ada will say "Oh, Leon..." when he dies and you'll get a Mission Failed. I only saw this posted on the GameFAQs board, no video or anything, so don't quote me on it. :^P

Pretty sweet. It's basically RE4 with co-op, enemy improvements, better Mercs and PVP DLC.

I think it's pretty damn good. Just don't get the Platinum Edition with the Tricell bag and the BSAA patch, or I'll be sad. XD
