Wallace and Halprin were the one's who took people's word for it instead of doing research, not Cross, or the other authors of all the other Nirvana books. The doc in Rome has never retracted his statement. He had no reason to lie. He is a professional. If he believed it had been intentional, as a professional, his next move would have been to have Kurt committed. That's what happens to people who attempt suicide. If the doc would have believed Kurt was suicidal and released him, then he could have been held partially liable for a future attempt.

Regardless of what he did or didn't want to do, science still says he could not have pulled the trigger on the shotgun, no matter the type or grade or purity of the heroin used. For Kurt's size, the amount of morphine in his blood incapacitated him too quickly for him to do anything other than become unconscious. This according to people who study the effects of heroin on people.
Not to mention that any narcotics is a contraindication of diazepam. Even if he could have stayed conscious enough to pull the trigger with the morphine levels in his blood, the diazepam would have made sure that he lost consciousness. People tend to forget that he had diazepam in his system as well. Diazepam and heroin together would cause CNS depression EVEN IF the heroin was within safe levels. Maybe you need to remind people of that when they talk of "tolerance".

The letter was addressed to the FUCKING editor! Wallace and Halprin were the one's who took people's word for it instead of doing research, not Cross, or the other authors of all the other Nirvana books. Tolerance is when a subject's reaction to a drug (such as an opiate painkiller, benzodiazepine or other psychotropic drug) decreases so that larger doses are required to achieve the same effect. So if it wasn't getting him high, then of course he was going to shoot up more to get that.

I KNEW him and yes, he could sometimes be quite the asshole, as others close to him knew as well. Coming from Aberdeen, and a seriously abused and neglected background, he developed this uncaring, me-first attitude, could not tell his friends from his enemies, and made horrible choices. He too often mistook evil for good. He was sent down that road from the way he was mistreated, mistaught, and quite victimized in childhood and adolescence, things that have never been told in the media.

The doc in Rome has never retracted his statement. He had no reason to lie. He is a professional. If he believed it had been intentional, as a professional, his next move would have been to have Kurt committed. That's what happens to people who attempt suicide. If the doc would have believed Kurt was suicidal and released him, then he could have been held partially liable for a future attempt.

According to everyone who knew him, worked with him and treated him, Kurt was happy during the last months of his life.
The doc in Rome said the OD was accidental. I believe Courtney slipped Rohypnol into Kurt's champagne and waited until she thought he was nearly dead before calling for help. (She waited about 2 hours after finding him unconscious.)
Kurt was nervous about doing MTV Unplugged, but he was thrilled with his performance afterward. :)

He did report it, and the police kept devaluing his information. There's an inner office memo you can see where the cops decided not to say anything until they could find out what Tom's "up to." Tom Grant still works as a PI. He's still putting his time and money into getting this case reopened.
And I didn't want to talk about the Church of England, etc.
Dave has been greatly affected by Kurt's death. He's said the only regret he has about his life is that Kurt's dead.

it happens that rohypnol is sometimes mixed with booze, and other drugs like coke and heroin and even meth, and it has some special name like a 4 way or 5 way, it is a drug cocktail. who knows? were they fooling around with that? if so it would not have been a suicide attempt. And the doc probably would not tell anyone what exactly was in kurt's system due to confidentiality. just theorizing....

Most experts say it's inconclusive whether Kurt wrote the whole so-called "suicide" note. And Courtney did have a sheet of practice handwriting in her backpack the week Kurt died.
If you believe Courtney is innocent, encourage her to have the case reopened so a proper investigation can be done, questions can be answered and she can be found innocent.

it is true that kurt always sought a partner who would do lots of drugs with him. so courtney was that girl, when others who really cared about him would rather that he get off them. She faked that thing with trying to get him to rehab in front of everyone, no doubt about it. Setting him up as if she wanted nothing to do with drugs, when really she supported his bad habits.
Still that does nothing to put courtney in the clear.

Even if several experts have said that, they cannot explain why there were no legible prints on the shotgun, the shells or the pen used to stab through the letter to the fans.
If Kurt had killed himself, we as fans would have accepted it. In fact, most of us did, since we didn't know any better. But since learning of the facts of the case, many of us know we don't have to take the bullshit story we were given in 94.

2: they say he had too much heroine in his veins but if you do enough drugs they start to effect you less and so you have to use more.

The fact Kurt might have a high tolerance doesn't matter, as Kurt would have been unconscious within seconds after shooting up. Kurt had 3x the lethal limit, yet we are to believe he was able to write a suicide note after shooting up, roll down his sleaves, put the drugs and paraphenalia away, and finaly shoot himself in the head. Even though no case ever occured in the past prior, nor the time since, we are supposed to believe Kurt pulled this off himself. Something is wrong here.

i believe it was not a suisidal event. I believe that either Love or someone who new kurt well was a friend and that they both where together havingd rugs. playing agame to see who gets even higher on drugs.. I presume that mysterious person made a role play to kill kurt by pretending to stalk and pretend him too was to get extra high ondrugs. Ones they where fully drug. that perosn palce the shotgun and made it a succesful suiside. no dought about that. Just a game to see who gets high ondrugs

Look I have been a nirvana fan for years, and I used to believe in the whole conspiracy thing, but the truth is that even if it is all true, nothing will ever change the fact that Kurt Cobain is dead. Waisting your life obsessing about it will never change that. Kurt was a very depressed person, and even if he didn't kill himself, eventually he would have. And after almost 13 years if any of this was true, we would know by now.

kurt was not naturally depressive, but heroin is a depressant. He had lots of troubles and sorrows, but it made him mad more than depressed. when they called him manic depressive, they failed to realize how he really lived. manic yes, depressive, no.

kurt was not the most truthful person when it came to the media, and his image. he was inventive about love, partly for his child. He also obliged CL because he was an accommodating person, very dependent. He and she used each other, there was no real love just a sort of convenient sex/ fame/ money / drugs / dependency, a cold fake relationship. Look how it ended. then courtney comes right out and says how he was NOT the love of her life.

I agree but only partially. Kurt lied about his drug use, but all heroin addicts do that. He also probably exaggerated some things about his early life, but I think that was more when he first became famous. There was no love on CL's part, but I think Kurt really did love her.

What I mean was the shotgun. Shotguns are usually long especially 20 gauge ones. Now. This had four different parts you can put on it. And the gun had the longest part on the front of it where the bullet comes out. The only way he would have been able to pull the trigger is if he used his feet. Both his shoes were found on.

Yes, Kurt was an addict. No one has ever said that Kurt was not a heroin addict. He was withdrawn from many people because Courtney made sure that he had to choose between her and Frannie and everything else. He didn't run because he didn't want to be sober. He left because he didn't need to be there. If he'd have needed to be there for Frannie, he would have stayed. He got a clean bill of health, so he left. And INDLIS...yelling again. Online even. Do you even read what I type? *shrug* In May of 93, Courtney had no reason to want Kurt dead. She still held all the cards. It wasn't until he told her in Rome that he wanted a divorce that she realized she could no longer control him.

Regardless of what he did or didn't want to do, science still says he could not have pulled the trigger on the shotgun, no matter the type or grade or purity of the heroin used. For Kurt's size, the amount of morphine in his blood incapacitated him too quickly for him to do anything other than become unconscious. This according to people who study the effects of heroin on people.

Not to mention that any narcotics is a contraindication of diazepam. Even if he could have stayed conscious enough to pull the trigger with the morphine levels in his blood, the diazepam would have made sure that he lost consciousness. People tend to forget that he had diazepam in his system as well. Diazepam and heroin together would cause CNS depression EVEN IF the heroin was within safe levels. Maybe you need to remind people of that when they talk of "tolerance".

He had to shoot up plenty so he could get high, but if it wasn't, then of course he was going to shoot up more, he'd been doing it for the last 3 years of his life.Actually if your a drug user and you do Black Tar Heroin all the time, you kind of feel like your almost not doing drugs if you do China White Heroin. You didn't even know that veins can harden and turn black causing them to stop using their arm veins.

No, he didn't. He wanted to go fishing with his grandpa. He wanted to buy a truck like his grandpa's. He wanted to leave Courtney. He'd bought 2 plane tickets to leave Seattle. He had a daughter he loved, whose life he wanted to be a part of. He had other songs he was working on. There were collaborations he wanted to do on other artists.
I never said I didn't know what can happen to the veins of heroin users. I said it didn't matter because Kurt was shot to death.

The thing about Frannie is just an obvious deduction from the way Kurt loved his little girl. So just keep yelling about Ian and Halprin and Grant, but nothing I said was taken from them.

seriously, heroin addicts are very well known as the easiest people to kill and -- more precisely- make it look like a suicide. Why? because it is so common that they accidentally overdose, as kurt had several times. He got in worse and worse shape, but recovered. THAT is why there had to be such high dosage AND a shotgun blast, because face it- he was hard to kill! Proven repeatedly, was it not?

As you can see (againagainagain), Kurt was talking about how he used to feel. In May of 93, Kurt was still making money for Courtney. She had every reason to save his life. Not so, after he wanted to divorce her and cut her from his will. You can try to rewrite history but you statements don't match the facts.
