This storyline made me crazy! It was horrible when he died! Then he would remember little by little...I would love to have that kind of love! Great series, I gotta start buying the DVD Season's! The last episode I saw was when Melinda was investigating the ghosts in the psych home, and at the end of the episode she told him the whole story about who he is, etc, etc, and he says that she put the ideas into his head cause she was lonely for her husband etc. She told him to pack up and leave!

@plopper123 Jim died but instead of crossing over he slipped into the body of man who had just arrested at a crash scene in front of Melinda. Sam was teh guys name and he woke up with no memory but Melinda saw her Jim in him and over time he fell in love with melinda but he couldn't accept her gift. Then her life was in danger and he went after her and "Died" thats when All jims memories came back but he doesn't remember his own death that is explained to him along witht he new body

I'm so happy Jim is back.. I really think their love is so powerful! I still believe there are JimS out there somewhere. It still amazes me what LOVE can do!
Why did they ever made him die in the first place! I cried for Melinda every time. I know how it feels like to know and experience things which some people wouldn't really believe or understand. My husband is so like JIM- didn't judge me at all. But I don't want my hubby to end like Jim though! Knock on wood!
it ok i cry at every episode. and this 1 was no different i was crying with in the first 3 mins of this episode.. hope you liked this episode as much as i did. im so glad jims back:):):)
after the accident and sam died his sprit corssed over. all this time it was jim inside sam body he just couldnt rember who he was. if you look back on episode 8 that is when sam crossed over.
Aha, I wasn't watching closely enough was I? Good to know that Sam's okay, sort of, and that Jim's back. Course it will have to be a secret between the group - not sure how other people, namely Jim and Sam's families would react.

It's Sam's body but the memories are Jim's.
We see David Conrad (Jim) as that is how Melinda see's him in her heart.

So am I - got to feel sorry for poor Sam though. Wonder where his spirit has gone? Did it even stay once Jim 'took over' his body?
But Jim is the man for Melinda so, like you say, so glad he's back. It shows soulmates are meant to be together no matter what. :O)
