That's right. The guy in the back is in radiocontact with the driver, providing him with "eyes" in the back, so he can steer either right or left. This footage was taken under construction og a windfarm in south-west Germany. The truck in the front is a Scania V8 - 580 HP fittet with a ZF-Gearbox and tourque-converter.

Fun comment, but for the reality, I think he's got a walkie-talkie to the driver and/or a remote for steering the trailer independant of the truck.
