I've had it in my box since the mid 80's always thought it should have had some spins but although it sounded familiar it was never a well known tune. Outrigger may well explain why it had a hazy familiarity though!

This is the Outrigger BIrmingham circa 1983/84 when Tony Reynolds spun the best tunes in the land. Good days. Mick the mod.
