  • @kanguesso, definitely the most skilled big man, but he was a center.

  • now i get it why they call it the 'DREAM' shake hahaha

  • The very best power forward in the history of the game and not to mention the most fundamentally sound big man the game has ever seen.

  • If you look closely, lebron traveled

  • @kazdamanify you're a fucking retard

  • What's impressive is he didn't have this move at the start of his NBA career....who taught it to him?

  • @TRJ22487ISDEAD Was something he made out of a soccer move he used to use to throw off and confuse. Thats what he says anyways lol.

  • Got em at 0:02...GONE!

  • In his prime Hakeem was one of the greatest Olajuwon's ever to play the game. Go Magic!

  • like if you think olajuwon is jesus in desguise...

  • i hate it when the two highest rated comments are exactly the same

  • that was just murder.

  • That...was...disgusting

  • @cbaldwinjr haters gonna hate

  • @USA1Rockets

What the hell are you talking about? That was a compliment...it was beyond nasty

  • @cbaldwinjr oh ok my bad.. lol

  • Long live the Dream. There's not a center I miss watching more than Hakeem.

  • that move is so criminal it should be illegal

  • The Dream is a legend. That move belongs to Hakeem. He is the master of that. Too bad there are no more centers like him today. Long live the King!

  • If hakeem played today players like dwight howard would have no commercials an get no attention LOL.. What he would do to these players today would be ridiculous... He would make dwight howard quit the league LOL... an he probably woulda won about 5, 6 titles in this era.

  • @esem17 more like double digit rings...he could probably command a triple team in today's league at the very least

  • never saw hakeem play in his prime but thank god for youtube vids. Hakeem is 1 of my fav players of all time. just his footwork is just amazing makes him so beast... The dream.

  • Houdini! I Saw Ya!

  • hahaha That is just abuse right there. :D

  • Love Hakeem, great move, but . . . didn't see a foul on this play.

  • cosign. great move, no foul.

  • Ditto.

  • @cubsfan4life33 lil push with defenders left hand?......the refs thinking "dude u got left in the dust dont even try touch him" lmao

  • no center, b4 or after him has such an array of different post moves than dream ... when he was healthy & n his prime (i'll say 1993-1997) i don't think their was any center (or arguably any player!) who was as complete on both sides of the ball, offensively & defensively ...

  • agreed! i saw a poll on espn about who was the best at both ends of the court and he came in 2nd! which is crap, he should have been 1st, easily! dont have to tell you who was Voted 1st! i like mj but he cant compete on the defensive end with hakeem. at the same time i've seen dream score 50 getting triple teamed all game long.

  • @pickzkickz nah bro your wrong jordan was defensive player of the year in 88 and was 9 time defensive 1st team as well as 10 scoring titles.....why does everyone forget how good jordan was on D. if jordan wasnt GREAT on d he would be like kobe......kinda. Hakeen is i think still all time leading shot blocker he is beast no doubt but jordan is the greatest man and he wasnt 7 foot.

Hakeen moves so crazy he is thebest center IMHO

  • yeah and thats why i say that the 94/95 rockets would have raped the bulls (91-93 or 96-98)!!!! the bulls NEVER had an decent center(cartwright, longley, wennington LOL) and rodman wouldnt have a chance against the dream!!!

  • agree on everything...but there was this one guy...name MICHAEL JORDAN....u might have heard of him....he made a shot or two in his day

  • @puljacina they wouldnt need it they had jordan ohh and robin also i mean pippen. that is the only reason they got tha championship jordan left.

dont get me wrong hakeem is m best center over wilt or kareem but cmon jordan and the bulls had a strangle hold on the whole operation

  • @XRRfan

Jordan and the Bulls lost to the Magic in 95', Magic got swept by the Rockets in the finals. Not too mention the Rockets beat the Bulls 2-0 in 93'. In 95', they were the first team to beat FOUR 50+ win teams in the post season.

I'm pretty sure they EARNED those championships.

  • @Jikk

Hakeem is great and so was Houstoin those days. However, you should remember that Jordan only returned from 1.5 year of retirement.

Next season (95-96) he was again the best player in the league.

  • dream shake > skyhook

  • 2 entirely different beauties altogether man, dream shake is mastery of footwork, skyhook is perfection on an almost unblockable shot. just think of what would happen with both the feet and the hands. also, i wish there were centers these days with that skill set

  • simply beautiful

  • HOUDINI! I SAW YOU!

  • man i miss calvin

  • I got faked out a little.

  • ahahahha that has to be one of the greatest moves of all time...Hakeem The Dream....

    iLL .

  • Dream shake strikes again@!

  • sick sick move

  • no cus he didnt dribble it after

  • hot damn

  • Hakeem 0lajuwon

    is

    a

    BEAST!!!!!

  • didn't he carry the ball?

  • Omg o.O Dreeeeeeaaaaaam Shaaaaaakeeeeee!!

  • lmfao..almost faked that motherfucker out of his shoes

  • Awesome.
