Look into Rusko's album, it's a cracker. Also check out Skream and Bar9. Three very good places to start for dubstep.

As for grimey drum and bass, Dillinja's a legend, but typing 'grimey drum and bass' into a search will bring up all sorts because a lot of people see grimey drum and bass as different things.
