Two small notes: I had to delete public/index.html to get it to see my page (the comments in routes.rb mention this). Also, the flash message didn't show up in my version; not sure why. I'm running Ruby 1.8.7 as in the screencast, but I have rails 2.3.5 as compared to 2.3.4 in the screencast. And I'm on ubuntu, though I doubt that matters.
