  • Do you have cams?

  • @tapaudiop3....Fuk the police!

  • you are like a hero to me

  • wait isnt this an ilegal swap? law says that any swaped motor can not be from an older gen car or something like that,?

  • @tapaudiop3 not in canada :P.

  • @sidjip oh really? didnt know that, sweet!

  • Props!

  • @dylanhelmer that doesnt even make any sense...u jus need a couple dollars then ud b stackin? couple dollars, more like thousands

  • I can't wait till I have enough money to buy some parts for my 04 civic, I Know it has potential.

  • This is the baddest ass civic I've ever seen dude

  • I was wondering what block u used i have a h22 in a dx and love it but wanna turbo it and ppl are sayin that I need a h23 block is that true or no

  • @derrickd5 the diffrence between k/b is the k is a shit load of money n thats y ppl do b swaps...cuz its cheap n easy not everyone is stackin

  • @htowngoonies you just need a couple dollers and then ud be stackin,

  • I like the fact that you pulled it off but could have saved you a lot of time if you would have just went k-series. Just sayin, but I think you did a great job!

  • I was always told that the only thing u can swap into an em2 was a k series...what axels did u use for them to fit perfectly

  • Wow that's crazy nice job we got to love Honda's they're like Lego lol

  • open header,

  • holy shit !!! u are good ,... i love my em2

  • Well its been almost 2 years since the swap, found a few bugs and worked them out. Had an issue tuning the car, AF kept bouncing around badly, had to actually obsolete the factory ecu altogether as it was backfeeding signals somewhere. I installed an older style main relay to bypass the immobilizer and removed the other ecu. The only thing that could not be retained is the heat gauge, the ECT sensor is multiplexed so we could not get it to work. Installed a water temp gauge in the gaugepod

  • congrats on h22 swap in this civic most people on h/t said it was a unrecommended swap but i guess you proved them wrong

  • i would rather drive a stock vw GLI. they're fast as fuck with really good tips and they're really safe too.

  • I think that this swap its illegal in the United States u can't swap an older engine into a newer car that's what I think I don't really know the details

  • mean civic right hur

  • @themuzer you obviously don't know anything about Honda's. A 2002 civic coupe does not come with a k series motor only the si trim which is the hatch. Civic coupes come with single cams just like most civics so with that being said and h22 is an excellent upgrade. Nice setup

  • very nice... how much was your turbo? I have an 01 EM2 also and i eventually want to turbo it but nothing too expensive. Also i have the D17A2 not the DOHC

  • why in the world did you swap the k series for an h22.....

  • Nice!Great to see somebody do something different!First time I have seen this motor in this car :)

  • how do u tune with ECTune? do u hook up the ecu to the laptop (how?)? and then tweak the settings until its right then burn a chip?

  • so the h22 has the same motor mount locations as the d17a2?

  • HeY WaTz FaBBeD WeBSiTe...?.

  • badass build, there is just something about a built boosted h22 that gets the blood pumping

  • Comment removed

  • i have been wanting to an h22 swap in my 04 civic for the longest time but i havent found anyone or anything to tellme how to do it or how hard it is...any ideas plz

  • is that a t34 hibrid turbo ?

  • How hard was the swap

  • man i would love to do this to my car bout iam lost with the hole honda thing i had a 86 camaro with a crab cazz i lost with all the cup stuff it scares me :(

  • nice build !

i like builders who go outside the box... everyone who has a em2 has a k20....

im workin on a b16b swap on em2

    props mayne!

  • Reason why owners do a k series is b/c it's newer technology and more advanced than the B series. If you go mod per mod between a K/B, the K will win every time with the exact same mods to both cars.

Why do a B16? that's only 160hp, might as well as swap in a k20a3 with less headaches and such. Putting in a b16b, you'll still be extremely slow.

  • Thats only because K20 owns...

Nothing against the b16, or even the people who boost the D17

    But K20 has more potential

    =]

  • u know it would've been way easier to drop a k-series in there...especially with mount kits for that already...

  • dam that is nice, good job my friend.. u the first i seen... how did u the ignition and the mounts??

  • do you have instructions on that cuz i would to do that to my car

  • i would gone with a k20 but thats just me.. good job

  • haha you obviously know nothing about cars so keep your mouth shut

  • Why would you ever waste your time to be a douche? It is what it is, If he likes honda he likes honda

  • madd props that a complicated swap me and the homie going to put v6 in eg hatch also might put one my 03 civic 4dr and are sleep project awd crv fully built gsr turbo!! stock hieght and exhaust SSHHH!!!!lol

  • fuckin awesome

  • Do you have a link to the build up?

  • that is pretty tight i just bought a em2 you shout make some instructions cause this would be a fun project

  • Made them myself, they are one off mounts, would not be hard to duplicate them, nothing was cut and everything bolts in the stock locations. Oil pan and exhaust were the only things needing more than normal modification

  • can i buy mount from u???

  • who makes the mounts

  • NICE! A real first for me

  • wow...great job!!!!

  • who made the mounts and how much was it? i was told they dont make mounts 4 h-series in em2.and how much did it run u jus to get the motor in

  • the mounts were custom fabricated, they mentioned it in the description, im guessing they made it themselves....would be nice to get a pair, since i also have an em2, and to broke to get a K

  • No, Darton sleeves, CP pistons, Eagle rods, stock cams. Engine made 400 on stock internals but kepts taking ringlands out, needed to upgrade, and upgrade the chassis.

  • nice but with sleeves and pistons ect... you should be making 600-800whp depending on the tuner!

  • u runnin stock internals
