    how dare u make fun of him.as a doctor trained in pharmaceuticals,oops,i mean medicine,his chin has dissapeared under a new type of "Fat Appearing Muscle" (FAM),since he trains vigorously(as u can see) and takes his meds.

    u should go to him for all your health needs..

  • ummm protien shakes to lose weight? I don't think so, protien shakes are ment to cover the extra amount of protien your muscles require to heal after a workout or cover what you can't consume in your regular meals.

  • @fudgepacker44 What business do you have with supplements? You are just 14 or christs sake, in development, both muscular and mental et cetera. Just wrk out wth proper form and run and eat healthily (no junk food) and you are perfect! I hate it when beginners start to think too complicated! And dont you ever think that a pill or a food or anything will give you a good bdy if you dont work out!

  • @moMruoYgnillorT Due to bad eating habbits and unhealthy lifestyles that is, but a supplement is a supplement, no main food, and in most cases, only people that want to lift really heavy but also have six pack should use, and under no circumstance should any protein shake replace whole meals.

  • @Stavrosdouvlis Protein shakes often contain every necessary component of a normal meal without the fat. The one thing they do not contain enough of is complex carbohydrates.

  • @fudgepacker44 you want to lose weight , its simple go to the gym or do some cardiovascular or other workouts you can do at home, oh and stop eating junk fatty!
