The player is MMDSP with PCM8 and MXDRV drivers loaded. The emulator is winx68k(keropi). I usually use MDXWIN for Windows though, its much more handy. It's not MIDI exactly, the MDX format uses a compiled MML(music macro language, see the BASIC play() command for an example) and is played with the x68k's internal FM chip. It also supports up to 8 channels of ADPCM samples.

What's the name of the software that you are using? it seems to be some sort of Midi sequencer for the X68000 running under a X68K Windows emulator...
