I'd say a good rap chorus is something that's catchy not in the sense of being simple, but being something that people will remember. It has to fit with the story/ concept being told in the song itself.

For example, I wrote this track "Choices" (which will be on the new mixtape) where each verse was a chapter on a diff person. The chorus is mad eerie and is very catchy tho, and the last verse ends with a girl writing a suicide note, and what she wrote is the chorus. Linking verse/chorus is key.
