  • by far the most undercredited members from team canada 72. outplayed tretiak in every encounter. dryden was average at best and often shakey. the historic series could have been very different without him.

  • He was! 15 shut outs in modern day hockey - - that was hockey. And, 1972 against the Russians. Go back and look at that footage -- he was the best goalie on the ice versus Tretyak and Dryden.
