It's called the Log Driver's WALTZ because a Waltz is in 3/4 time.....1, 2 ,3 - 1, 2, 3,. etc...

This is done in straight 4/4 time 1,2,3,4, - 1,2,3,4.

Doing this to the song completely KILLS the feel,

guitar grossly out of tune, but it is punk so that fits.
