Mystery solved the problem lies in Tk not Patamon. The reason why Patamon still not digivolve yet is becuz he doesn't want to fight i mean he does want to fight like the others (doesn't want to feel like he left out) and digivolve like the others but he seem like he against violence i think the only way for him to digivolve is when he actually in danger
