Ok ok, Beat Hazard MAY be modern day low spec but, it gets very very ram and video required at most times when you get screen full of big'o'beams and enemies, not only that totally gets way higher for a stupid setup like mine to drop FPS too much, but also gets way "out" of all the games you've should in these first 55, when it comes to system requqirements.

I got a stupid Athlon 64 3200+ single core at ~2.21Ghz, 1 GB DDR RAM, 64 bits 512MB GeForce 6200, and BeatHazard had some stupid FPS and HELL NO WAY thats a low spec.

Now tell me, did i do anything wrong? I'm ok if you tell me im wrong and what to try again, but, come on...

I've played Beat Hazard on the following specs with Very Little to No Lag:

- Intel Pentium IV 1.8GHz w/ No HT

- 1GB SDRAM

- NVIDIA GeForce 2

If your PC lags with Beat Hazard, you probably just need your PC optimized.

According to AMD's Database, no such ATI Card exists.

Check your Display Adapters Tab in your Device Manager to see what video card you have.

But already: I found one big problem:

VISTA 32-BIT.

Windows Vista is the 2nd Worst Operating System EVER MADE.

Once you upgrade to Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit, then not only can you use more RAM, but your PC will run MUCH BETTER.

But do infact check your video card.

well the HD 4330 is at least MEDIUM-SPEC.

I mean, it's not GREAT, but it's at least ACCEPTABLE.

And yes, DEFNITELY upgrade to Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit, and you will notice a HUGE IMPROVEMENT in overall performance on your laptop.

....and also check to see if your laptop can upgrade to maybe 8GBs of RAM once you get Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit Installed.

That will help out in improving game FPS.

And added onto that, maybe a PC Optimization too.

BETTER VIDEO CARD. try an ati radeon HD 3000/4000 series. pretty damn cheap(anywhere from 40-80bucks.) and pretty damn decent., and i play most modern games with mine. (newest being red faction armageddon/skyrim.) also your processor could use with an upgrade. id go with Intel Pentium Dual-Core E6800 3.33GHz. about 100 bucks, and matches your socket number. but with vista, you will see a reduction in fps on ANY game. If you want windows 7, MSG me.

Shank is somewhat of a MODERN-DAY low-spec PC game.

but it works PERFECTLY FINE on Intel Video Cards.

The only ppl who would have a problem running this game are those with NVIDIA GeForce Video Cards that are BELOW the 6100 and those with ATI Radeon Video Cardsthat are below the X200.

But yes, Shank is a low-spec game.

I tested it on my Craptop and it works beautifully.

- Duke Nukem 3D

- Wolfenstein 3D

- Doom 1 & 2

- Megaman 8-Bit Deathmatch

16-bit 3D First Person Shooters are EXTREMELY RARE, even if you count id Software's collection and Duke Nukem 3D, you gotta make with what you got, I'm afraid. =\

this guy rocks! but i didnt expect this low spec... I dont game on the pc since i got my 360. But this old ass comp has a 32mb Nvidia TnT2 M64 Pro video card with 32mb of VRAM. I was looking for a good 3D game no older than 2004. This PC can rug games like FS2004, MOH Allied Assult, GTA Vice City, Talismin online (bit laggy cuz of 800MHz processer :/ ), Etc.. Any others I can try? I enjoy Sandbox alot! :D

@WackyModder84 : WHY? I mean they all work fine without much lag at all. Althought the graphics card is only 32mb, its the slow processer that usually causes minor lag. I have another comp that I don't use at all. It has a 1GHZ Pent III. Only problem is that although I have loads of computer knowledge, switching processer belts and stuff like that are things I've never done before. Yeah sure I've changed ram, graphics cards, hardrives, etc.. But what if I screw up anything on the mtherboard?!?!

the fact of the matter is, as I've explained in my other video regarding Ultimate Knight Windom XP Lag Issues:

Computers with parts THAT OLD in them should NOT be playing 3d Games on them, as it's BAD for the hardware itself. It may seem to run okay now, but it causes long term damage on the hardware itself. 3 of my friends I know personally didn't believe me, and their PCs crashed & burned on them after a little while.
