i ve seen surgeons doing the phaco through the traby. but i think y do a big hole there

do y use mmc before or after phaco?

I avoid MMC for their unpredictive results and the visual compromise with the risk of shallow AC. Punch Trab at a separate place has the advantage of lowering the IOP by appropriate finger massage. We can use adjustable sutures too. Thanks for your interest. Sudhalkar Eye Hospital.
