Thats some serious weight right there. Really impressive! This video inspired me to go heavier on squats today. Did 3 sets of 215x5 atg and then a downset with 185x10 atg. I'll prob keep the same weight next week and try not to stand so long between reps. May not seem like much but when I first started squats my max was below 115! lol. What were your maxes when you first started lifting?
First time I remember seriously squatting I did 5x5 with 225 at about 150-155 bwt and was sore for a week, That was after wrestling for 10 years though so i was already fairly strong.
Everybody starts somewhere. As long as you are improving that's all that matters.
Awesome form on the squats and excellent handling with a massive weight stack. How long did it take to squat that much? damn bro

I've done 455x6 with a belt before so this isn't a PR per say, but it took me about a year and a half of getting serious to get to those numbers.
Looking to crank out 6-8 beltless here within a month I hope.

@BombDonald how long did it take to straighten your form or have you always nailed it from the beginning?

I've always had decent form but it really sunk in when I was squatting 3x week. Once I got Do Wins everything pretty much felt perfect.
Squatting feels very natural to me, unlike deadlifting lol.

Excellent. Figured if people didn't want to watch the lifting they could at least listen to it while doing something else.
