I thought Kakarikeiko is meant to be fast not slow. It teaches you not to hesitate, timing, sprit, get past the mental state of being tired, your body may be tired...get over it!!!
Hey your kendo is pretty nice, how long have you been practising? Your hits are very good.
However you should try to reach more with your right leg. Your footwork is too small, especially the fumikomi, and thats why your upper body tend to lean too much forward.
If you would change that your kendo would be amazing.

Yes. Have you been there?

Yes I have. If this is Benji, I met you in May. I'm Abe Sensei's student from the USA, Michael.
I so wish we could have done keiko, it would've been great!

Lol. Small world. It was a shame we didn't get to practice.

You look like you don't fit in that dojo. Maybe that's why your footwork looks "small". How tall are you?
Omnis2 3 years ago
2 meters tall :( I've hit the roof a few times with my shinai. Scared of breaking the lights.

Wow! Yeah, no wonder. You look like you'd kill from long range.
I'm 192.5cm so I know how you feel.
