I believe the name of the song is "Caught In the Moment"- Haji & Emanuel

I went researching for the song after hearing on the advert in the states. Seamus Haji and Paul Emanuel are producers with underground label "Big Love," which is what you were looking for.

On Haji's myspace page, he blogged about providing the music to the UEFA organisation.

Look for it here on youtube...you can here everything, same beat, sound, everything. There are words to the track.
