This home has permanent, deeded access from the property line to the ski slope.
If you didn't have a season pass you could ski to the bottom, pay for your ticket and then ride the lift back up. You can also purchase tickets ahead of time so when you hit the slope you can just keep going. If you want to come back in for chap stick or lunch you ride the lift up, ride the mtn halfway down and then ski back to the house...Pretty sweet! The view from the deck is pretty amazing. come see for yourself
Nice house, but I'm a little unclear. How can you "ski-in and ski-out." Does that mean you can enter Bear Mountain for free or just that you can cross-country ski over the Bear Mountain parking lot and then cross-country ski back home.
