for some reason there's only one video of Leehom singing this song live, but it's been edited out of the original recording of the 改变自己/庆功演唱会 in Taiwan back in 2007; and I know for sure it's been edited out, b/c there's a recording of Leehom singing this song live from the same concert, and it sounds amazing.
