I love how it looks, but generally when you see the inside corner of an eye the eyelashes aren't as long as the middle or the outside corner.

I tried to use your technique with the 17 px brush for the lashes, didn't turn out so well for me, was there a modification on the srb that you did? If so, what was it, cause I toyed for hours trying to figure it out.

@TaylaWolf No there is no modification on my brush but if you use a mouse, you should try smaller size for the brush. You can also download the eyelashes brushes (these eyelashes are on the kit) on my website, the video of explanation is on my youtube.

I did it with a mouse, and well, I think it's easier to use a smaller brush with 60% Opacity or so... Raising the mouse sensibility is also a good idea.

Do u have to have a tablet to get the eyelashes right?? I don't have one but I still do lots of art on Photoshop.... Although my eyelashes are won key cause I'm using the mouse anyways to improve it?

@HoldenForse All eyes ( and eyelashes) are different. Some have more eye lashes than others. Depends on what eye you're was looking at. Hope that helped. :D

This method is pretty good but I think using pressure sensativity or feathering out of the brush would be easier and eliminate the need for the smudge tool. Or you could just draw a black area around the eye, then use only the smudge tool to drag it out into lashes as well.

@DarkVelizar Thanks, I can't just speak about the tablets I tried. Since one month, I had an Intuos 2 (Wacom) which is very good. Now I have a Cintiq which is better because more natural. I think Wacom is good and for the size I had a A3 but a A4 could be fine. Have a nice day !

Why paint on computer? U should do pastelles or oilpaintings. Then u have something to grip and it comes more naturally. This is nothing offending just curios. U are a great painter.
