I read a bio of Marlene Dietrich (LOVE bios of old Hollywood!) and there were crazy rumors that she had molars removed to hollow out her cheekbones. But it was so obvious that she was full faced when she was young b/c she had a bit more weight on her.It was weight loss that hollowed out her cheeks! DUH!! It's crazy how rumors circulate.
