Nope. First time I rode, I gave it too little gas and ended up kicking it into movement before letting go of the clutch. It's an old bike though, so I think the problem might be in the compression.

So here's how you fucked up: you started it then shifted into first then the bike shut off. Not know you were in first you didn't hold the clutch (if you have one) so you started if gave it gas and the bike went foreword.

Moral of the story: ALWAYS START IN NEUTRAL!!

@TijsDaMighty Its an XR250R made in1987 manufactured by Honda. My father owns one an its a great bike i also own one but its a XR350R an made in 1984 great bike they run like a tractor man there unstopable.

Both bikes have single carberatorated engins an they are 4 stroke or course. The XR350 came with a speedo that told you your MPH, an time an length of your ride but the XR250 only came with alittle nob that told you how far you whent. But overall great bikes ill ride mine everyday if i could.
