  • what is your weight body ? I think you're not very heavy ...

  • increible !!

  • awesome lifts and awesome gym, what is your bodyweight?

  • very strong! cool training!

  • CLASS THIS IS GOOD STUFF !

  • what are your pbs in comp man, ur sick!!

  • 110kg Snatch

    140kg Clean & Jerk

  • WELL DONE !!! WHAT WEIGHT CLASS

  • that guy is short as hell but strong

  • Where do you train?

  • hey what exactly are those wraps around your wrist? i been power snatchin lately and my right wrist is hurtin bad, can i just wrap my wrist up with some cloth tape?

  • They're just regular sports tape. I like Johnson & Johnson, but any will do.

  • yea i think i meant sports tape, cloth like material, specifically they re-inforce your wrist joints right? because power snatchin might have broken my wrist or sprained it.

  • Your lifting is awesome. It has inspired me to start training, but our gyms do not have those type of weights. Where could I buy my own and what shoes do you recommend. How many days a week should I train, and what exercises. Thanks and post more videos!

  • What is your best front squat and back squat for singles? How long have you been training?

  • FS 175kg

BS 200kg both at the end of workout

  • Sorry, I should've said how many years have you been training?

  • 7 years

  • Those crashing cleans are your only problem. Someone told me to hold onto my hookgrip a little longer and that reels the cleans in. Also thinking fast elbows. Your snatches are sweet prob the best in 62s.

  • Nice lifting! Seeing your front and back squats and your speed, it looks like you could be C+J'ing at least 150kg. What, if anything, do you thing holds back your lifts the most? Also, in your clean triples, it looks like the weight crashes on you pretty hard when you receive it. Is this conscious? I know some lifters try to receive the bar as smoothly as possible regardless of the weight on the bar. Hope I can compete on the same stage as you someday!!

  • You are very correct. 150 is very durable and I hope to do it soon. I am not going to make any excuses for what is holding me back, because there are many variables...the bar is crashing on me and I've been trying to correct that for some time now. thank you for you comment. I believe that at least 150 in my wt class in the US will go up by me or someone else by Nationals in March.

  • That would be a great achievement. I see 155 in your future, so 150 shouldn't be a barrier at all, just a stepping stone :) Very inspiring watching your training!

  • Great training, Great technique!

  • Really like your lifting!!

  • Thank You! It took me awhile to get the technique down and I still need a lot of work.

  • man u just me hope considering im short too and u can do that, how often do u workout

  • The great thing about this sport is that only weights matter not your height. I did played Football, Basketball and volleyball where height and or size matters...I don't call it working out, I call it training. I have about 5-7 training sessions a week. I would like to be at 7-9 sessions, but everyday life activities don't allow me to do that.

  • Very strong squats! how tall are you?

  • Very tall, somewhere btw 60-62":)

  • ! :P

Thats a great height for weightlifting :)

  • good shit dude, how much do you weigh?

  • I am currently heavy at 65-66kg, but I compete at 62kg

  • that is sick... keep up the good work mang~

  • Hey Cousin! I got scared watching you lift those weights. Very impressive. Be Careful!
