Yep, Thorpie is a legend. Also did a track day with him and he rode my bike and simply left us all speechless. The man inspires confidence and actually shows you how not to do it so you will know what will happen.

I was at the famous Farleigh round and lost my voice cheering for DT. The glory days indeed! The sport has moved on now, but would like to see current crop ride a 500 HRC....see what they thought of it. Two strokes sound simply awesome!

I did a Dave Thorpe track day, top bloke. Also he rode around the track on some guys Honda XR400r faster than anyone on their trick MX bikes, outrageous it was.
