I have to say, fact: by closing guantanamo, these terrorists will be moved to the US for trial. Personally I do not believe that american citizens should get all of the american rights, and i also don't think the geneva convention should protect those who aren't part of it. I think by moving these prisoners to US soil, we are endangering our country, as well as innocent people.
