It IS a great city!! Philadelphians are very protective of it, and we blissfully ignore NYC and Washington. Once you've been involved with the town it becomes a part of you, and it will be with you no matter where you go afterwards. I'm a born/bred Philadelphian although I moved to Tampa for work reasons. I'm moving back in a short while and, man, I CANNOT WAIT!! Center City, the Geator, cheesesteaks, South St and "Philly attitood". What a blessing! Go there - you won't regret it!!!
