How to unlock the administrative account in windows vista or 7

dude help me :( somehow i managed to fk it up, now i cant even acces my games, control panel or even right click any file :O it says that it's blocked by the administrator, idk what to do, even cmd wont lemme type, it says blocked press ny key to close :(

@FreezingGazeLTU That's weird, it sounds like you might be infected with something. run a virus scan first off, if you can.

@FreezingGazeLTU my suggestion would be that you just copy files that you need and reinstall windows. easiest way.

@arieboy12 google konboot, and research it a bit and see if you can figure out how to use it. it's a live cd, you just boot from disk and then you can log in without a password.
