    Something we can also do is to congratulate ourselves on the good habits we have already taken on - for example, I drink a litre of green juice every day, without fail. It's as normal as brushing my teeth. I also spend time daily writing out a list of what I appreciate in my life.

    When we count our successes (and blessings) we attract more of the same to ourselves :-)
