I always see people post stuff that is lacking of understand:

1. Original Media produces the show, not Discovery; they just buy and air it.

2. Weed Trimmer (haha) I believe does not handle the video feed on Youtube, other 'staff' of TVN (Heidi Ferrera?)

3. Pre-roll ads and other ads are largely automatically done, regardless of content

4. Read the description...it'll answer tons of the questions here!

Just got rated EF-4 by NWS. Thank god it was out in the open, I remember an F-3 Nov. tornado in Moore,Okla. way back on Nov. 19,1973,killed 5,injured 46, rated F3.

Hmmm, the car in front of this cameraman was way too DAMN close!  I'm glad this tornado was over rural area. Thankfully no one was hurt seriously, and he's lucky other chasers were there to check on him right away.

the reason andy flipped because he was driving backwards and its much harder to keep controll of your vehicle driving backwards especially in an suv in 100mph winds

From the looks of the video from 1:45 to 1:49 it looks like he is in reverse at a high rate of speed and tried to do a "Rockford" or reverse 180 and lost control on a muddy road.

Look at the position of his truck to the power poles at 1:45 and if you watch his video the power lines follow the road he was on.  Now if he was slowly backing up, his position to the power pole at 1:45 would almost be the same. However it shows him almost 8+ car lengths in reverse in just three seconds at 1:49.

Ether way, I don't see this as tornado related, I see this a driver error. If he would have turned around and drove straight vs. high speed reverse, he would have kept on chasing.

Andy Gabrielson is the one that flipped. He is ok and continued chasing after this! He was backing up when apparently his rear axle snapped causing him to flip.  Not a thumb up whore, but could you just so people can see?

@darkonex Obviously you don't follow Andy Gabrielson, one of the ebst chasers out there. Yes, his axle did break and his steering column locked up while in reverse, NOT due to the tornado. He said it himself, and you can clearly see he is outside of the tornado. His car has been acting up ever since he hit a deer.
