It was supposed to be 6 episodes long. Xenosaga was a reimagining of the Xenogears universe, not the same storyline, as XG was also meant to be the fifth of six episodes. Because the series creators were stripped of creative control (the same happened with XG) and disappointing sales, the series was cut short to 3.

On a positive note, Monolith Soft indicated that they would be interested in doing another trilogy in the Xenoverse if the demand was great enough.

I really hate Kevin ( such a bastard, he didn't pay attention to Shion's emotions, friends or parents... he loves Shion but he was absolutely selfish and I hate that ). This scene made me cry a lot, Allen is very very touching ( Shion and him are the only ones to behave like us I think... the others characters are wonderful too * chaos/KOS-MOS FTW * but they're such super-heroes ). I think Shion and Allen are perfect for each other. I definitely love the music too ( Yuki Kaijiura is a genius ).

Phftt! Kos-mos is the real man around here. If she didn't put herself in front of Allen, he'd have been roasted. Beats me why ol'wuss wasn't offed somewhere during the game. I just love how no one was able to actually break Shion's reslove till Kos-mos came in, with her heart on her sleeve and those soulful eyes of hers totally did the trick. Darn! They do make a lovely couple.

The Japanese actor who did the voice for Allen is doing the voice for Sanji in One Piece. He did the captains Pirate for Final Fantasy 12 then this, his roll is fit great for the trilgy.
