  • I use between 35-42 KG on that with little problem and it looks like 20 KG are a bit too light for you too.

  • wow I remembered doing these back in my football days. most of the big dudes were doing 40's and that was in seventh grade.

  • You are going to get HUGE if you keep raising the weight...you know that right?

  • caloies are more of a determiner to muscle size. She burns a lot of them in her other vids. As long as she keeps her calories the same for the weight she wants, she will be fine.
