You defenitely need a heavier weight! 22 reps is too much and they were not even that hard for you! You got some serious strength! Its very inspirational to see you workout so hard and good :) But what happened to all your clips?
caloies are more of a determiner to muscle size. She burns a lot of them in her other vids. As long as she keeps her calories the same for the weight she wants, she will be fine.

I use between 35-42 KG on that with little problem and it looks like 20 KG are a bit too light for you too.

55-65% carbs, 25-35% protein, fat mostly unter 10%.

You are very close to me. I do 50lbs about 12 right and 11 left side of back. I gonna up it another 5lbs so i can stay ahead of you.
