thanks man,after i watched some other clips i figured out. Look's like they'r just cleaning the surface with a powerful jet of water,similar of those in car whasing. When they remove the tamplate...that surface is perfectly clean...and when it gets wet...the writing reapears. I've trieded my self....it work:))...very cool and fun:D

@energizerpaul If you watch their other videos, it looks like it's etched into the surface with a buffer wheel of some sort.
