I spent several hours there and was very dissapointed. It was dirty, loud and expensive. Avoid it at all costs if you're on a stopever, and spend the extra money by booking into the Dubai Airport hotel instead (it's inside the premises so you don't need a visa).

It is for all passengers that have access to the Marhaba lounge either by a certain Credit Card or travelling business or first class on other airlines (other than Emirates, because Emirates has its own lounges) operating from Terminal 1. For example I used the Gulf Bank Credit Card to access this lounge.

I really don't know. But I accessed it with my Gulf Bank Credit Card.
